SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All deliveries are sent by a local delivery service and the cost of delivery is included in the price of our online store products. Delivery time is approximately 2-14 days depending on stock availability. You will be notified promptly of any delays due to materials being out of stock or discontinued.
Return & Exchange Policy
For ready made items purchased from our online shop, we will accept returns within 7 days of you receiving the item as long as the item is returned in saleable order, including all tags and the original invoice. The item must be returned in protective packaging (as it was received) and shipping costs must be paid by you. Please contact us before returning the item.
For made to order products, we cannot guarantee we will accept returns, unless it is a production defect. We will review each request on a case by case basis. Please contact us with your order number, your contact details and the reason you are returning your product and we will assess and contact you to discuss your request.
If the item has a production defect, we will accept returns and provide a replacement product (where possible), an exchange or refund. Please contact us to discuss.
